We collect information in a few different ways, depending on how you choose to interact with Ever Mercy Wellness.
- Information you provide directly. This may include your name, email address, prayer request, coaching-interest information, messages, or other details you voluntarily submit.
- Newsletter information. If you join The Ever Mercy Letter, we collect the information you submit through our signup form and information related to your subscription preferences and email engagement.
- Purchase information. Digital-product payments are processed by PayPal. Ever Mercy Wellness may receive transaction details such as purchaser name, email address, product purchased, amount, and payment status. We do not receive or store your full payment-card number.
- Website analytics. When Google Analytics 4 is enabled, it may collect information such as page views, session statistics, approximate location, browser and device information, and interactions such as outbound link clicks. Google Analytics uses first-party cookies, including identifiers used to distinguish users and sessions.
- Technical information. Our hosting and service providers may process basic technical information needed to deliver, secure, and troubleshoot the website.
How we use information
We use information to provide and improve Ever Mercy Wellness; deliver requested resources; process purchases; respond to messages, prayer requests, or coaching interest; send The Ever Mercy Letter to subscribers; understand how visitors use the site; prevent abuse or technical problems; and comply with legal obligations.
Google Analytics
We may use Google Analytics 4 to understand website traffic and interactions. Google Analytics may use cookies and similar technologies to measure activity. We do not intentionally send names, email addresses, prayer-request content, or other personally identifying form content to Google Analytics.

Service providers
We use third-party providers to operate parts of Ever Mercy Wellness. These may include Netlify for website hosting, MailerLite for email subscriptions and delivery, PayPal for payment processing, and Google services for forms, analytics, and related website tools. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy practices.
Prayer requests and sensitive information
Prayer requests and other forms may include personal information you choose to share. Please avoid submitting information you would not want processed through an online form. Ever Mercy Wellness will treat submitted information with care, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the website. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us.
